Candidate for the position of Emergency Medicine Society - PCP Officers

Hi, I'm Saman - I've been on the KCLEMS committee for 3 years so far as Secretary, and I'm going into 5th year MBBS. I've enjoyed my time so far helping out behind the scenes, such as running the website, emails, and assisting with comms, but I think now is a good time for a new challenge. In my spare time I volunteer responding to calls for the London Ambulance Service (so far I've clocked over 3,000 hours!) and I think it would be great to use the connections and friendships I have within the ambulance service to help promote the Prehospital Care Programme. The PCP is what first got me interested in emergency medicine and, as such, I'm really passionate about spreading the word and getting as many medical and nursing students involved as possible. I have a good inside knowledge of the London Ambulance Service, the logistics/challenges involved with getting students out, and also the contacts to help push the programme forward. I'd love to combine this with my 3 years' committee experience to really help promote the PCP - but to do this I need your vote!
