Candidate for the position of Geriatric Medicine Society - President

Hi! I'm Jack, a third-year medical student and I am standing for the KCL Geriatric Medicine Society Presidency for this coming year!

I have been on the committee as the conference secretary in 21/22, helping to deliver the National Student Geriatric Medicine Conference alongside the University of Cambridge. I have a variety of experience in other committee roles in my previous studies, including leading student away days, inter-departmental research conferences and being Vice-President of the University of Southampton's Marrow society.

I am hoping to continue the great work that our current committee has put into the society for the upcoming academic year, helping to deliver more geriatric-themed talks, workshops and socials! Geriatrics is a fantastic speciality to consider, and I hope I am able to further interest in Geriatrics at King's for the next year.

Thank you!
