Help shape the future of your KCLSU Officer team!

As part of Our Future Union, we’re inviting you to join a co-design workshop this November. Together, we’ll explore collective decisions about the priorities that matter most to King’s students today – from education and inclusion to community, welfare, and student life – and what your ideal Officer team could look like – who they represent, what they work on, and how they connect with students.

Your insights will directly inform proposals that will help shape the Officer structure for the 2026 elections.

Be part of designing the next stage of Student Voice at KCLSU

  • Share your ideas and collaborate with other students
  • Enjoy a creative session with food and good conversation
  • Receive a thank-you voucher for your time and input

Your voice will help make sure our next Officer team truly reflects the diversity, ambition, and energy of King’s students.

🕒 1.5 hours per session
🍕 Catered sessions and thank-you vouchers for all participants

The Co-Design Workshops are open to all King’s students, but for this particular workshop, we're keen to hear insights from students studying health-related subjects, particularly those studying Dentistry and students studying at IoPPN – whether you’re an undergraduate, postgraduate, Academic Rep, campaigner, or just curious about influencing how KCLSU works.

No experience needed – just your ideas and perspective!

Spaces are limited, so book early to secure your spot.

If you can’t make a workshop, visit one of our Design Your Officer Team pop-ups across campuses from 3–6 November – quick, creative activities where you can still share your ideas and enter a prize draw for a £100 Union Shop bundle!

Part of Our Future Union
