We’re excited to celebrate the incredible individuals who have helped shape KCLSU and the King’s community. This year's awards are sponsored by Stint.

Join us for a special evening celebrating you, featuring a three-course meal, student performances, an after-party, a 360° photobooth, and more!

Q. What is a Group Table Ticket?

Group Table Tickets allow you to book multiple tickets as a group so you can celebrate together.

Tables seat 10 people
You can only purchase Group Table tickets in multiples of 10
Cost: £420 (£42 per person)
Valid for Dinner Ticket only

Includes:

5-6pm arrival

You can book a Group Table Ticket online by selecting “Group Table Booking” and adding it to your basket.

Celebrating Eid?
As this year’s ceremony is during Eid al-Adha, we wanted to let you know that we’re able to serve meals after 9 pm to anyone fasting. If you would like your meal to be served when you’re ready to break your fast, please let us know by emailing awardsseason@kclsu.org by Friday 15 May..

KCL Film Society presents its annual Film Festival 2026 — a cinematic showcase of five original short films, written, directed, and produced by student filmmakers across the year.

Hosted at Rich Mix Cinema in Shoreditch (181-seat theatre), this is a full big-screen experience — not just a screening, but a live event. Each film will be introduced by its creators, offering insight into the ideas, process, and stories behind the work, as we move through a curated programme of diverse voices and styles.

Designed with a premiere-style atmosphere, the evening leans into a red carpet feel on arrival, bringing together filmmakers, creatives, and audiences for a shared celebration of student cinema. Following the screening, guests are invited to a relaxed post-screening session in the Rich Mix lounge — a chance to connect, reflect, and meet others from across the filmmaking community.

This year, the festival expands beyond KCL, with attendees expected from universities across London (including UCL and LSE), as well as the wider public — positioning it as a broader student film event and a space for emerging talent to come together.

️ Capacity is limited, so early booking is recommended.

All proceeds from the event go directly towards supporting future KCL Film Society productions and improving access to equipment for student filmmakers.

KCLSU supports students to start their own Union Ratified Campaigns! By starting your own campaign, you gain access to a dedicated budget, personalized one-on-one campaign development support, communication and marketing resources, and, crucially, the endorsement and support of KCLSU. This is your opportunity to shape and champion the change you wish to see at KCL.

Guy’s bar has lots of space that you can use during the day as a study space.

The kitchen is open so you can grab a soft drink and snacks while you work.

You can use the space as an alternative to the library to study alone or meet your team to complete your work.

Take Time Out is back with the aim of helping students to find a work/life balance, especially during exam season. And what better way to de-stress than to spend some time with a group of cute dogs?! 🐶✨

How will it work?
Students must buy a FREE ticket to be allowed in to see the dogs. There are four entry times to choose from, and you must arrive within your entry slot to join the event. You will be in with the dogs in small groups. We ask that you only stay for your allocated slot, to allow everyone a chance to see the dogs.

You must arrive at Activity Room 1 at the start time of your ticket.
You must be able to show your ticket and have your King's ID with you.

Doggy De-Stress is a popular event so you may sometimes have to wait a little while until you can go into the dogs. If you arrive early and need somewhere to wait, we have also booked Activity Room 2 for you to relax in!

Our volunteers and their dogs are part of Pets as Therapy, a national charity that enhances the health and wellbeing of thousands of people in communities across the UK by ensuring that everyone, no matter their circumstances, has access to the companionship of an animal.

• Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticket purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Wow! What a year!
As summer break gets closer, we looked back on everything that happened in the past few months and honestly, it’s been a lot: From eight Kings Players mainstages and three Shakespeare Company productions, to 24 Hour plays, pub trips, Murder Mysteries, improv nights, Halloween Traitors, and seven Scratch Night pieces, this year has been full of unforgettable moments. And the best part? There’s still more to come.
But, we wanted to take a break and stop to look at everything we have achieved. We’ve seen so many new faces join us, and so many amazing every event, that before the year wraps up, it’s time to celebrate everything we’ve created together.
Join us on the 8. June at 7 pm at the Crypt on the Green (Clerkenwell Close, London, EC1R 0EA) for an incredible night of dancing, laughter, drinks, and well-earned celebration, hosted by both Shakespeare Company and King’s Players. To redeem a free drink on Thursday, you must show your Kings ID to get the free soft drink. A choice between: pepsi, pepsi max, lemonade, sparking water and tonic water.
This membership pass is non-refundable.

Photography and videography may be taken at Legendary Sports Night events, purchasing a Membership Card assumes your consent to your photograph being taken and used by KCLSU to advance its charitable purposes. If you do not want your image captured, please let one of the media team know on the day.
