We’re excited to celebrate the incredible individuals who have helped shape KCLSU and the King’s community.

Join us for a special evening celebrating you, featuring a three-course meal, student performances, an after-party, a 360° photobooth, and more!

🥂 Table Tickets & Groups 🥂

Q. What is a Group Table Ticket?

Group Table Tickets allow you to book multiple tickets as a group so you can celebrate together.

Tables seat 10 people
You can only purchase Group Table tickets in multiples of 10
Cost: £420 (£42 per person)
Valid for Dinner Ticket only

Includes:

5-6pm arrival
Welcome drink
Three-course meal
Awards Ceremony
360° photobooth

You can book a Group Table Ticket online by selecting “Group Table Booking” and adding it to your basket.

Important:

You’ll need the following details for all guests at the time of booking:
- Name
- K number
- Email address
- Dietary & accessibility requirements
Tickets will be sent to the purchaser, and your group must arrive together to check in.

⚠️ Booking Limits:

10-15 April: Maximum of 2 tables per group
From 16 April: No limits

GKT MSA is excited to host a Year 3 Mock OSCE, in preparation for your upcoming summative OSCEs.

This is your chance to get hands-on practice in a simulated exam environment, with older years there to provide useful and constructive feedback!

There are six circuits that will be running:
- Saturday, 25 April, 10am - 12pm
- Saturday, 25 April, 1pm - 3pm
- Saturday, 25 April, 4pm - 6pm
- Sunday, 26 April, 10am - 12pm
- Sunday, 26 April, 1pm - 3pm
- Sunday, 26 April, 4pm - 6pm
All circuits will have the same stations, so please only sign up for one!

Spaces may be limited depending on facilitator availability.

Wow! What a year!
As summer break gets closer, we looked back on everything that happened in the past few months and honestly, it’s been a lot: From eight Kings Players mainstages and three Shakespeare Company productions, to 24 Hour plays, pub trips, Murder Mysteries, improv nights, Halloween Traitors, and seven Scratch Night pieces, this year has been full of unforgettable moments. And the best part? There’s still more to come.
But, we wanted to take a break and stop to look at everything we have achieved. We’ve seen so many new faces join us, and so many amazing every event, that before the year wraps up, it’s time to celebrate everything we’ve created together.
Join us on the 8. June at 7 pm at the Crypt on the Green (Clerkenwell Close, London, EC1R 0EA) for an incredible night of dancing, laughter, drinks, and well-earned celebration, hosted by both Shakespeare Company and King’s Players. We have free drinks, some programme and lots of fun in store. The only thing missing is you. So let’s get a ticket and raise a glass to an amazing year.

This April 22nd, KCL Muay Thai Kickboxing Society (KCLMT) will be hosting its twelfth annual Kings of the Ring event at the Greenwood Theatre. The night will feature a lineup of many of KCL’s best fighters competing against athletes from several other universities across the country, promising high-energy action and an exciting demonstration of technique, strength, intensity, and heart. Whether you’re a seasoned fight fan or just looking for an event to attend, this is an event you don’t want to miss!

Join us for the KCL Geography Society Spring Ball, our biggest and only ball event of the year. As we will not be hosting a boat party this year, this will be the main social event for Geography students, bringing together students across all years for a memorable night before the end of term.

This year’s ball will take place at the beautiful St Ethelburga’s Centre, a historic church venue located just 5 minutes from Liverpool Street Station in the heart of the City of London.

Expect an evening of music, drinks, and celebrating the end of the academic year with the Geography community.

Your ticket includes:
• One free welcome drink on arrival
• A DJ set throughout the evening
• Fresh canapes
• Access to a full bar (card payment) for additional drinks
• A central London venue perfect for photos and socialising

The event will be a standing reception style ball, allowing guests to move freely, dance, and enjoy the evening in a relaxed atmosphere.

This event is open to all students.

Plus ones are welcome - please ensure you pay for them by adding the relevant ticket (even if you are eligible for a bursary ticket, that will not automatically extend to your plus one. You can only purchase a bursary ticket for a plus one if they also meet eligibility requirements and the proof is added
