Options for booking a room

Booking a King's room takes up to 3 working days, (working days are Monday to Friday), excluding national or bank holidays. If you have a query regarding a King's Room booking, please contact King's Venues or Timetabling directly.

By booking a room through the ‘Meeting Room Booking System’ you accept your responsibility as a user of KCLSU space to self-evacuate immediately via the nearest or most suitable fire escape route in the event of a fire alarm activation’

Book a room with KCLSU here if:

  • You want to book a meeting room, activity room or space in the Spit at Guy's.
  • Event attendance is less than 70 people.

Book a room with King's Venues if:

  • The event is held outside business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm)or after 1pm on Wednesdays.
  • You need audio/visual equipment.
  • You need catering.
  • The event is open to the public.
