Who are we?

Chinese Students and Scholars Association King’s (CSSA King’s) is a non-profitable, non- religious, non-political association founded and managed by KCL Chinese students.

CSSA King’s aims to improve and provide the abundance for Chinese student life outside of school by enhancing multifaceted interactions between our members and by hosting various cultural events and sporting activities.

We are constructed in total of 10 departments:

  • The Presidium
  • Department of Secretary 
  • Department of External Relations
  • Department of Culture and Entertainment 
  • Department of Media 
  • Department of Career and Employment
  • Department of Extracurricular Activities
  • Department of Charity
  • Department of Academic
  • Department of Development 

Over the past years, we have successfully hosted events such as:

  • The Voice of King’s
  • Fresher Preparation Conferences
  • The Spring Festival Gala
  • Freshers Party

We have also created multiple Group Chats over thousands of students in different academic degrees in providing better communication for the Newcomers. 

CSSA King’s is one of the one hundred subsidiary associations of CSSA UK, which was established since 1988, and has become one of the largest Chinese associations in the UK. The current members were mainly formed by approximately 30 thousand students and scholars, including bachelors, masters, doctors, and post-doctors across the globe. 

Why should you join us?

We do not charge any membership fee for any students from King’s College London who want to join us. We are happy to announce that we could offer all our members with a specially designed membership card, which entitles them to get maximum 22% off at many Chinese restaurants, Chinese supermarkets and hair salons etc, across London. Most importantly, discount at Boba Shops... So why not?
