Join us for a Cocktail Night on Thursday 24 September, from 5–8pm.

Kick off your evening with great drinks, good vibes and a chance to unwind.

✔️ This event is included with the Guy’s Event Pass (£12 for access to multiple freshers events) but you do NOT get a free cocktail - you must purchase the premium cocktail ticket or you can enjoy our happy hour as a walk in!

🎟️ Tickets
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• ID Policy: You may be asked to show proof of a physical government-issued ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID). Photos or digital copies will not be accepted. 
• Entry Times: Please arrive on time. Tickets are not refundable. 

🎥 Photography & Media Consent

Photography and videography may be taken during the event. If you attend, you could be photographed or filmed and used by KCLSU for promotional and charitable purposes.
 If you prefer not to be included, please speak to a member of the media team on the night.

🛡️ Code of Conduct & Safety
KCLSU is committed to maintaining safe, inclusive, and respectful spaces. We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards any abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour.
Using our Licensed Trade Barring Policy, KCLSU reserves the right to remove or bar any individual behaving inappropriately.
If you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour, please speak to a member of staff, security, or welfare team immediately.
