Come dressed in your best white T-shirt and get ready for a night where your shirt becomes part of the party! ✍

Write messages, draw on anyone's T-shirts, leave your signature, make new memories and see what your shirt looks like by the end of the night! This is an opportunity to mingle, meet new friends and party at the same time!

Expect great music, drinks, good vibes and plenty of opportunities to get involved. Bring your friends, get creative and leave with a T-shirt full of memories.

✔️ This event is included with the Guy’s Event Pass (£12 for access to multiple freshers events) 

✅ What You Must Bring:

To ensure smooth entry, please bring the following with you to the event:

• 🎓 Student ID
  (If you haven’t received it yet, a confirmation email from KCL will be accepted.)
• 🛂 Government-Issued ID
  (Passport, driving licence, or national ID — physical copies only, no photos or scans.)
• 🎟️ Ticket Reference Number or Barcode
  (Shown on your email confirmation. Please have it ready to present at the door.)
• 👥 Not a KCL student?
  No problem! Just make sure you’re attending with a KCL student on the night. You’ll still need a valid government ID and your ticket reference number.
• 🤍 White T-Shirt
  Wear a T Shirt you don't mind get ruined and keep it for memories - we'll provide markers.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• ID Policy: You will be asked to show proof of a physical government-issued ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID). Photos or digital copies will not be accepted. 
• Entry Times: Please arrive on time. If you arrive later than your ticket last entry time, we will not let you in, 
• You must be 18+ to attend this event
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• No re-entry allowed!

🎥 Photography & Media Consent

Photography and videography may be taken during the event. If you attend, you could be photographed or filmed and used by KCLSU for promotional and charitable purposes.
 If you prefer not to be included, please speak to a member of the media team on the night..

KCLSU is committed to maintaining safe, inclusive, and respectful spaces. We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards any abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour.
Using our Licensed Trade Barring Policy, KCLSU reserves the right to remove or bar any individual behaving inappropriately.
If you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour, please speak to a member of staff, security, or welfare team immediately.
