Welcome to King's and King's College London Students' Union. Here at the Students' Union, we aim to provide your home away from home by making sure you have a range of ways to connect, communicate, have fun and make friends. 

There are several ways in which you can get involved with KCLSU. You could join one of our 300+ student groups which include everything from an Afro-Caribbean Society to American Football. Alternatively, you could attend one of our many social events, which we host both online and in person. 

Registration

If you're keen to get your tickets booked early here's some guidance on how to register and access the ticketing system at www.kclsu.org. 

• Go the www.kclsu.org registration and login page (https://www.kclsu.org/login/)
• Click on the dropdown for "register for an account"
• Click the button that says create a staff, guest or Fresher account. 
• Select Register a Fresher account on the new page
• Fill out the required information. and make a password 
• Please make sure to use your name as you registered it with the University. Once you've completed enrolment and picked up your student card this information will be synced with your Univesity account so you can log in using your University username and password
• Click the small green tick at the bottom.

Purchase

You will now be able to log in via the registration and login page. With your new website access, you can join student groups and book event tickets. When buying tickets; 

• Go to the event in and press the "buy" button. next to the time slot or option you wish to purchase
• Some text should appear at the bottom of the ticket area saying "ticket added to the basket." 
• your basket will be in the top right-hand corner of your screen on desktop and will have a number indicating the number of items inside of it
• Your basket will be at the bottom of the menu accessed via the top the right-hand corner button on mobile. It will have a number indicating the number of items inside of it. You may have to scroll down on the menu depending on your mobile screen size.
• Click on the basket and click go to checkout to proceed to the paying screen. 
• From here follow the on-screen instructions and input and authorise your payment method.
• Once the purchase is complete, you should receive an email with a receipt, but you can also check your purchase history at https://www.kclsu.org/shop/purchasehistory/ when logged in. 
• You can use the same process for purchasing products from student groups or items from the KCLSU online shop. 
• If you're joining a sports club, you must buy a sports insurance once a year. We will give you the option to add this to your basket at the checkout with the first sports club membership you buy each academic year.
