World Mental Health Day 2021

It’s World Mental Health Day on 10th October. We all have mental health and wellbeing and what helps each of us thrive is different. Here are some ways to thrive at King’s and get support through KCLSU Wellbeing:

  • Reach out for some Peer Support from the Positive Peers, a group of trained students who run group and one-to-one peer support, along with Black Students Talk, a peer support group specifically for black students.

  • Check out the Wellbeing Hub that offers activities, events, and resources to help boost your wellbeing and thrive all year long.

  • Attend one of our Wellbeing Events to meet new friends and switch off from uni work for a while.

This World Mental Health Day (and every other day!) think about one thing you can do today to boost your own wellbeing – it can be as big or as small as you like. Let us know what you do and if you have ideas for future wellbeing events, reach out to us at wellbeing@kclsu.org
