I am running to be Rheumatology Society Co-President for 2023/2024.

I have a previous experience as Academic Officer for the Rheumatology Society, where I ran a successful lecture series and distributed revision booklets that the society created. 

Other relevant experience includes being the Regional Head of the In2MedSchool Mentoring Program at KCL, requiring transferable and important skills such as organisation, admin and personal skills which I would use in my role as co-president. 

As co-president I want to run Rheum Soc successfully for another year, building on the successes of 2022/2023. I would like to expand our lecture series to include clinician guest speakers to ensure students have access to excellent rheumatology revision lectures, I would also like to expand the mock OSCE for students to practice relevant osce stations. Finally I would like to work on creating research opportunities or helping students to know how to find research opportunities themselves.
