Vote for Leena!

Hi everyone! I’m Leena Al Hariri, and I am a first-year undergraduate student studying International Management at the King's Business School. Read along to find out how I would be a fantastic addition to the Saudi society’s activities committee!

We all know first-hand how difficult it is to create connections at university, that’s why, if elected I hope to foster a strong, warm Saudi community that we can call our home. I will do this by organising events that are catered specifically to what members want, allowing members to participate in choosing which events they would want by suggesting polls and surveys on social media. I also aim to integrate and build connections with Saudi societies from other London universities to expand our circle and reach. I also hope to introduce networking, informational and academic events, workshops and opportunities that could aid in personal career goals.

My experience in event planning makes me the ideal candidate for this role. I have the organisational skills to ensure events run smoothly, and the problem-solving skills to know how to deal with situations when they don’t. I have the social skills and a warm and friendly attitude to ensure every member feels included in the society and especially in events. And most importantly, I have the motivation and ambition to make every event one to remember and to see the society flourish and advance.

Vote for Leena as part of the Saudi societies activities committee to see:

  • A wide variety of fun and engaging events that are catered specifically to what members want
  • Building connections and networks with Saudi societies from other London universities
  • Networking, informational and academic events, workshops and opportunities

Thank you for your consideration!
