It has been a great opportunity and privilege to watch everyone improve over sparring sessions and classes, to become much fitter and more confident in themselves, and to evenutally corner and compete alongside some our fighters as Vice Captain over the past year.

As the Captain, I will strive to ensure everyone gets the most out of training, pushing everyone to learn and improve as much as they can whilst also feeling good and enjoying it at the same time.
