Hello, fellow TedxKCL members!

My name is Shreyansh Majumdar and I am running for the position of Speaker Recruitment Head. I am passionate about TEDx and the power of ideas worth spreading. I believe in the potential of our community to bring together diverse voices and perspectives.

As the Speaker Recruitment Head, I will:

• Identify and recruit inspiring speakers who can share their unique insights and experiences with our community.

• Build relationships with potential speakers, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported throughout their TEDx journey.

• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure our events are engaging, inclusive, and impactful.

• Listen to your suggestions for potential speakers and topics, ensuring our events reflect the interests and passions of our community.

• Uphold the values of TEDx, including the commitment to ideas worth spreading, the importance of community, and the power of storytelling.

I have been involved in TEDx for many years, both as a speaker and an organizer. I have a strong network of potential speakers and a keen eye for identifying individuals who can deliver compelling talks. I am also committed to diversity and inclusion, and I will strive to ensure our speakers represent a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.

If elected, I promise to work tirelessly to bring you a lineup of speakers that will inspire, challenge, and engage you. I believe that by bringing voices together, we can create a TEDxKCL experience that is truly memorable and impactful.
