My name is Esther (tho rumour has it I will respond to Fran), I play for the mighty 2s and I am running for Treasurer on a mission to keep the GKTWFC wallets wham and the eXpense365 spic & span :p
I would make a good treasurer as I have good experience from my job working on big data money things & spreadsheets (some would say I Excel at this), and I love making wise decisions with my money as a 172 warrior (NEVER taken the train to/from HOP on Monday), a post-training lidl fanatic (30% off bakery), meal prep connoisseur and Monzo reject (Revolut on top anyways). My card has only declined trying to buy a snakebite twice in GB (cost of living realness) so I know all about how to effectively balance a budget.
Even on Freshers Tour Brighton I was Peppa Pig - lit destined from the beginning to bring home the bacon for GKTWFC. My commitment to the club spans many missed lectures/seminars, a stint in the Injury XI (shin splint survivor), becoming a GB regular(?) and many a trip with teammates to Urgent Care (i might try take ur blood there tho) (sorry Nora x).
I am an adaptable team player, having literally played every position on the pitch (real ones remember my Golden Glove performance), and I am always ready to take on a new challenge (e.g. driving the boat in Malaga as the only one without a driving licence) - I’ve even taken up a brand new position to help combat the 9 Player Pandemic we've battled this season.
