I have a deep passion for otolaryngology, a commitment to increasing speciality awareness in the GKT community, and a vision for the future of our society. I am eager to contribute to the growth and success of our relatively new society. Below, outlines my key objectives and priorities:

1. Advancing Education and Training: Enhance educational opportunities for members through workshops, seminars, and online resources. Foster a mentorship programme that was unable to be implemented last year, and support the professional development of students. Collaborate with academic contacts from last year to develop innovative educational programs.
2. Promoting Research and Innovation: Encourage and facilitate research initiatives within the society, promoting collaboration amongst GSTT doctors and students.
3. Advocacy and Public Awareness: Advocate for the interests of ENT at local and national levels. Collaborate with other medical societies, specifically the newer London societies, and organisations to address common challenges and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.

As Stage 3 Rep of KCL ENT Society, I would be committed to serving our members with dedication, integrity, and a collaborative spirit.
