Overview
Take Time Out is back with the aim of helping students to find a work/life balance, especially during exam season. And what better way to de-stress than to spend some time with a group of cute dogs?!
How will it work?
Students must buy a FREE ticket to be allowed in to see the dogs. There are four entry times to choose from, and you must arrive within your entry slot to join the event. You will be in with the dogs in small groups. We ask that you stay for a maximum of 15 minutes to allow everyone a chance to see the dogs.
You must arrive at Activity Room 4 at the start time of your ticket.
You must be able to show your ticket and have your King's ID with you.
Doggy De-Stress is a popular event so you may sometimes have to wait a little while until you can go into the dogs. If you arrive early and need somewhere to wait, we have also booked Activity Room 5 for you to relax in.
Our volunteers and their dogs are part of Pets as Therapy, a national charity that enhances the health and wellbeing of thousands of people in communities across the UK by ensuring that everyone, no matter their circumstances, has access to the companionship of an animal.
