Overview

Making a complaint a KCL can feel like getting catfished. Online, it says all the right things - "Much valued feedback", "investigating the issue" "committed to student satisfaction and wellbeing". Once they get back to you reality hits and the tables turn - Your evidence is ignored, you're made to feel like a Karen, and in spite of all they say you can't help feel they just want your money.

For anyone wanting to understand how complaint processes work, or even write a complaint themselves, Adjust KCL will be holding weekly peer support groups/workshops around complaints procedures. Current "live" example complaints will be provided for people to analyse and help come up with responses for the next stage of the complaint. We also strongly encourage people to bring their own current or potential complaints, so the community can help. Avoid being Catfished! ADJUST KCL's COMPLAINT PROCESSES NOW!
