Calling all postgraduates! Kick off your new term with a night full of creativity, fun, and delicious pizza at Guy’s Cafe!

Get ready to paint your own masterpiece in a chilled, non-alcoholic atmosphere—no experience needed, just bring your enthusiasm! We’ll be serving fresh Margherita pizza to fuel your creativity. This is your chance to meet fellow postgraduates, make new friends, and unwind after your first week back. Whether you’re a Picasso or just want a slice and a smile, this night is for YOU!

✅ What You Must Bring:

To ensure smooth entry, please bring the following with you to the event:
•    🎓 Student ID
(If you haven’t received it yet, a confirmation email from KCL will be accepted.)
•    Ticket Reference Number
(Shown on your email confirmation. Please have it ready to present at the door.)
•    Entry permitted with ticket or wristband.
•    👥 Not a KCL student?
No problem! Just make sure you’re attending with a KCL student on the night. You’ll still need your ticket reference number

Terms and Conditions 

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• Entry Times: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be granted entry and refunds will not be issued.
• Third-Party Sales: KCLSU is not responsible for tickets bought or sold through other individuals. Entry will only be granted with a valid ticket reference number and email confirmation.

Photography and videography may be taken during the event. By attending, you consent to your image being captured and used by KCLSU for promotional and charitable purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform a member of the media team on the night.

Using our Licensed Trade Barring Policy, KCLSU reserves the right to remove or bar any individual behaving inappropriately. 
If you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour, please speak to a member of staff, security, or welfare team immediately.
