🎨 Paint & Pizza Fresher’s Event PT2 - FINAL NIGHT!

Missed last week’s Paint & Pizza or couldn’t get a ticket because it sold out? Don’t worry — we’ve got one last chance for you to join the fun!
Come along to the final fresher’s event at Guy’s Cafe for an evening of creativity, great vibes, and delicious Margherita pizza in a relaxed, alcohol-free environment. It’s the perfect way to unwind and meet new friends before term really gets going.

⏰ Time: 5 PM – 8 PM (Last entry at 6PM)
🎟️ Ticket Price: £8

✅ What You Must Bring:

To ensure smooth entry, please bring the following with you to the event:
•    🎓 Student ID
(If you haven’t received it yet, a confirmation email from KCL will be accepted.)
•    Ticket Reference Number
(Shown on your email confirmation. Please have it ready to present at the door.)
•    Entry permitted with ticket or wristband.
•    👥 Not a KCL student?
No problem! Just make sure you’re attending with a KCL student on the night. You’ll still need a valid government ID and your ticket reference number

Terms and Conditions 

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• Entry Times: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be granted entry and refunds will not be issued.
• Third-Party Sales: KCLSU is not responsible for tickets bought or sold through other individuals. Entry will only be granted with a valid ticket reference number and email confirmation.

🎥 Photography & Media Consent
Photography and videography may be taken during the event. By attending, you consent to your image being captured and used by KCLSU for promotional and charitable purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform a member of the media team on the night.

KCLSU is committed to maintaining safe, inclusive, and respectful spaces. We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards any abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour.
Using our Licensed Trade Barring Policy, KCLSU reserves the right to remove or bar any individual behaving inappropriately. 
If you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour, please speak to a member of staff, security, or welfare team immediately.
