• Last entry is at 11PM—arrive early to ensure access.
• Tickets are required for entry; please bring your ticket reference number and a physical government-issued ID.
• No cloakroom available—please keep your belongings with you.
• Tickets are non-refundable and do not guarantee entry if the venue reaches capacity.

1. ID Policy: You may be asked to show proof of a physical government-issued ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID). Photos or digital copies will not be accepted. 
2. Entry Times: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be granted entry and refunds will not be issued.
