If you’d like to attend the Welcome Fair with a group of fellow students — both new and returning — you can sign up for one of our group sessions below. These are a great option if you’d prefer to explore the fair with others and meet new people along the way. 

Group sessions are available for:

• Commuter and live-at-home students

• Postgraduate students

• General sessions open to all students.

• Quiet Hour session (see details below)

Your group will meet at Guy’s Campus* before heading into the fair together. You’ll have approximately 1 to 1.5 hours to explore, and afterwards we’ll share details of local events and activities you can enjoy with your new connections.

Spaces are limited and often in high demand. If your plans change, please cancel your ticket so another student can attend. 

*The Quiet Hour meet-up will take place at the event venue, Old Billingsgate.
