This session will cover the basic principles of community organising and campaigning skills, and begin to unpack theories of power.

16:00 – 17:00 | Why Do You Care?

This session will expand on key principles of community organising theory, including ‘self-interest’, active listening, and relational 1-to-1s.

17:00 – 17:10 | Break – Refreshments


17:10 – 17:50 | Building the Change You Want to See

This session will guide you in refining and expanding the project or campaign idea you brought to the programme and turn it into something actionable and tangible that you will return to throughout the programme.
