KCL Politics Society will be heading to Vienna from 2–4 November with 24 members on a packed and exciting itinerary. We’ll set off bright and early with a 4:15 AM train from Liverpool Street to Stansted, catching a 6:00 AM flight and landing at Vienna International Airport at 9:10 AM.

Our base for the trip will be BeFree Hostel (Beingasse 13 Ecke Goldschlagstraße, 15. Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus, 1150 Vienna), where we have five rooms reserved. Room allocations will be made based on gender and preferences once everyone is confirmed. 

Metro tickets are covered in the trip cost, though breakfast and other meals aren’t included, giving you the flexibility to explore Vienna’s food scene. Across the three days, we’ll visit major institutions including the UN, EU offices, and the UK Embassy, with evening socials to make the most of the city. We’ll return on 4 November, leaving Vienna at 19:15, landing at Stansted at 20:25, and then taking a flexible return train to Liverpool Street.

You must have a valid schengen visa to go on the trip. This trip will cost £195 and we will not be accepting refunds.
