You can read about worship places in Waterloo here.

B5 Auditorium

The B5 Auditorium is where the core training of RepFest will take place. The auditorium is on the ground floor.

The room can accommodate up to 400 attendees.

We will have an AV system in place to ensure consistent sound and hearing across the room. Please flag with a member of staff if you have any issues.

Sign In & Rep Networing (13:30-14:00)

Sign in will take place outside the B5 auditorium at the FWB registration desk. KCLSU staff will be wearing orange t-shirts and will sit behind an orange tablecloth to scan you in. You will need your King’s ID or your K number ready so we can check if you have a ticket.

At sign in, pick up a name tag and the ice-breaker activity sheet.

We know networking isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. If you do not want to talk to anyone, you do not have to. You can also come back for 2pm for when the training is due to begin.

core training 14:00-16:15 (with break)

  • Slides will be written in a dyslexic friendly font, with high contrast colours.

  • There is accessible and assisted accessible access to all the locations where training is taking place, including all rooms throughout the day.

  • Should you need a sensory break you are able to walk out at any time and take a seat in the foyer. There is additional seating and a café one floor up.

  • Fidget toys will be available for temporary loan from the sign in desk.  Please return them at the end of the day.

This is the longest section of the training but there will be a break in between. Feel free to leave at any time for a breather should you need to.

Networking & Refreshments 16:20-16:45

After the main training, we have arranged an opportunity for you to chat to other students and staff and find areas of collaboration.

Follow staff in orange T-Shirts to the classrooms where the Deep-Dive workshops, networking and refreshments will take place.

The classrooms are all on floor 1, accessible via lift or stairs. For access information about each classroom see above for external links.

Please inform catering staff of any allergen concerns or email representation@kclsu.org in advance for any major concerns.

After the refreshments we will dive into some workshops covering four different topics that your Student Officers want your opinion and input on: assessment & feedback, timetables, diverse curricula, and study spaces.
