This two-hour on-court interactive workshop will give students and the wider tennis community the chance to experience inclusive tennis first-hand.
With practical drills and guided sessions in wheelchair tennis, visually impaired tennis, learning disability tennis and more, attendees will leave with the skills and confidence to make their own clubs and courts more accessible and inclusive.
The workshop will be led by:
- Sue Morisson – a highly experienced LTA coach with decades of work in inclusive coaching, specialising in developing accessible tennis programmes for players of all ages and abilities, and founder of the LUSU company
- Jonathon Dawes – award-winning former KCL Tennis President and LTA Level 3 Coach specialising in inclusive tennis, and QCF consultant
- Kate Maurici – LTA Level 3 Accredited+ Coach, four-time LTA Community Tennis award winner, Head of the Queen's Club Foundation, and founding member of the LTA Inclusion, Diversity, Equality and Accessibility Group.
