Legendary Sports Night in aid of PAC for World Cancer Day
The PAC Student Committee are hosting this Wednesdays Sports night in aid of PAC for World Cancer Day 2026. Penguins Against Cancer is a charity that was set up in 2013 by Guy’s Hospital rugby club alumni with the aim of combatting cancer. PAC provides funds to cancer research, cancer treatment and Hospices and has zero running costs.
This Wednesday we are trying to raise awareness for our GKT charity and also raise lots of money to go towards PAC’s amazing causes. There is of course a competition element so the team who gets the most new membership sign ups gets to propose a charity or cause PAC donates the proceeds to. So get signing up, help your club to win and help us kick cancer into touch. The theme of the night is up to each club, although we do hope to see a few penguins there!
£1 from every ticket sold will go towards PAC so get purchasing! Here is the link for memberships: https://www.penguinsagainstcancer.org.uk/donate
£1 a month is enough to make a difference so whatever you can afford will be a great help. If you write your name and the club you are from as the reference so we can keep a track.
