If you haven’t heard of them yet, Toast Brewing is a pioneering UK brewery on a mission to tackle food waste. They brew their award-winning craft beers using surplus fresh bread that would otherwise go to waste, replacing a portion of the barley in the brewing process. The result? Great-tasting beer with a powerful purpose. By turning leftover loaves into crisp lagers, bold pale ales, and refreshing IPAs, Toast proves that sustainability and flavour go hand in hand.
