Unveiled: KCL STEM Ball 2026

You are cordially invited to Unveiled – KCL STEM Ball 2026, an evening of refinement and celebration, hosted in the grand setting of Plasterers’ Hall.

This year’s Masquerade draws on a palette of deep reds, rich golds, and classic black, setting the tone for a night defined by elegance, atmosphere, and presence — bringing together the STEM community for an unforgettable formal gala.

 Committee Pre-Sale Information

This event page is for the KCL STEM Ball Committee pre-sale, exclusive to members of the KCL STEM Ball organising committee.

Eligible committee members will have been contacted directly with instructions on how to access and purchase these tickets.

 Dress Code

Black Tie / Formal
This is a masquerade ball — guests are required to bring a mask to complete the evening’s theme.


 Timings
    •    Doors open: 6:00 PM
    •    Last entry: 7:30 PM
    •    Event ends: 11:00 PM

Please note that entry after 7:30 PM will not be permitted. We kindly ask all guests to respect these timings.

 What Your Ticket Includes

Your ticket grants access to a carefully curated evening, including:
    •    A welcome drink on arrival
    •    A selection of canapés, small bowl dishes, and small desserts
    •    A programme of entertainment acts throughout the evening, with select reveals shared via our Instagram
    •    Access to interactive experiences across the venue, with further details to be unveiled closer to the event


 Identification

All attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
KCL students are also required to bring their KCL Student ID for entry.

Guests under the age of 18 are permitted; however, please note that under-18 attendees will be issued with identification on the night to indicate their status.

This is a formal event. All guests are expected to behave respectfully and considerately towards others, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
