- All matches will be played on standard tables provided by the venue.
- This event is part of the London Varsity programme and is intended for participating team members and society members. It is not a public social event.
The fixture is organised and supervised by the KCL Snooker & Pool Society committee, who will be responsible for coordination, timekeeping and ensuring appropriate conduct throughout the event. Hurricane Room staff will be present on site and are responsible for venue safety and general management.
