Open to all students — including non-KCL guests! Non-KCL attendees must purchase via a guest account.

✅ What You Must Bring:

To ensure smooth entry, please bring the following:

• 🎓 Student ID (if you have one)
• 🛂 Government-Issued ID
(Passport, driving licence, or national ID — physical copies only, no photos or scans.)
• 🎟️ Ticket Reference Number
(Shown on your email confirmation. Please have it ready at the door.)

Not a KCL student? No problem! You’ll still need a valid government ID and your ticket reference number.

Rules & Safety:

• Bag checks will be carried out.
• Drunk or disorderly behaviour may result in refusal of entry. Door staff have a responsibility not to allow alcohol to be sold to anyone who is already intoxicated and reserve the right to refuse entry where necessary.
• Misconduct = consequences.
• A Welfare Monitor (pink vest) will be available if you need support — or speak to a member of staff or security at any time. Drink covers will also be available at the bar.

🧥 Cloakroom Information:

• A cloakroom will be available at the event.
• Please note: Staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Cloakroom use is at your own risk.

🎥 Photography & Media Consent

• Photography and videography may take place during the event. By attending, you consent to your image being captured and used by KCLSU for promotional and charitable purposes.
• If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform a member of the media team on the night.

Using the Licensed Trade Barring Policy, KCLSU reserves the right to remove or bar any individual behaving inappropriately.
