Macadam Cup is back! Club members from the KCL and GKT faculties form two teams that battle for victory by gaining points in, overall, 27 5-point bouts of fencing (3 people per weapon per team, for all 3 weapons in fencing – 3 x 3 x 3 = 27) and one-on-one bouts, where two players hook themselves up to a cable spool and each player attempts to hit the other without getting hit themselves.

About Fencing:
This sport involves the use of blunt swords, the three types of which are sabre, epee, and foil. This is a dynamic sport involving rapid acceleration and complex swordplay. Players are in a half-squat for the entire duration of the bout, and are encouraged to move in a rigid, stable manner by not crossing their legs.

The event will be held in Downside Fisher Youth Club, where the club hosts BUCS tournament matches.
