SheLeads 2026: A Day of Leadership, Connection and Celebration

10AM: Introduction
Our Interactive Workshops will begin from 10:15am
Rather than traditional lectures, these workshops are designed to be interactive and reflective, giving you tools and frameworks you can actively apply in your own academic, professional, or personal journey.
You can expect:
- Two main workshops - attended by everyone and focussing on leadership, communication, knowing your own influence and public speaking.
- Parallel workshop - these smaller workshops are designed to encourage discussion and collaboration while helping attendees develop the practical skills needed to excel whilst also enabling delegates the chance to engage with new perspectives and leave with ideas you can apply in your own journeys - including at the gala!
Each delegate will be able to choose between two 30-minute workshops, switching between sessions and explore multiple topics.
12:30: Networking & Trade Fayre
Enjoy light nibbles and refreshments while exploring stalls from organisations, initiatives, and brands working across healthcare, dentistry, education, and professional development. It’s a chance to:
- Discover opportunities and resources
- Speak directly with organisations and innovators
- Connect with people from different backgrounds and industries
- Climb the WID x Pikd leaderboard!
Whether you’re looking for inspiration, mentorship, collaborations, or simply great conversation, this is where many of the most valuable connections of the day are made.
