Event Description

Tuesday 19 May 2026

5pm - 6pm

Take Time Out Marquee, Maughan Library

Feeling overwhelmed by deadlines, to-do lists, and competing priorities? This interactive workshop will introduce you to the Eisenhower Matrix, a simple but powerful tool to help you decide what truly matters.

Together, we’ll break down how the matrix works and explore practical examples relevant to university life (from assignments and exams to part-time work and personal commitments).

You’ll then get the chance to:

  • Create your own Eisenhower Matrix, tailored to your current goals and workload
  • Decorate a notebook to take away, giving you a personalised space to plan, prioritise, and stay organised beyond the session

We look forward to seeing you ✏️
