Welcome Fair is your chance to get to know your Students’ Union – run by students, for students.

KCLSU is here to make student life better, represent your views and give you opportunities to get involved, meet people and make the most of your time at King’s. And Welcome Fair is the perfect place to see what that looks like.

Whether you’re already thinking about joining a society, looking for your new sports team, keen to make a difference or have absolutely no idea what you want to get involved in yet – start here.

🔍 What can you find at Welcome Fair? 🔍

  • Meet student-led sports clubs and societies – from your favourite hobbies to something you’ve never tried before, there are 400+ groups to discover, all created and run by students.
  • Get to know KCLSU – meet the people behind your Students’ Union and find out how we can support you throughout your time at King’s.
  • Discover ways to have your voice heard – get involved in campaigns, volunteering, democracy and opportunities to make a difference to student life.
  • Find out what’s happening at KCLSU – from events and activities to the spaces, venues and services you can use throughout the year.
  • Grab freebies, giveaways and exclusive offers from our partners.
  • Enter competitions and bag some prizes while you’re at it.
  • Meet your Student Officers – fellow King’s students elected to represent you and champion the things that matter to you.

🎟️ Book your free place at the KCLSU Welcome Fair 🎟️

Entry is free, but you’ll need to book a ticket in advance. Spaces are limited by the venue, so make sure you grab your ticket before they’re gone, as we can’t release more!

If you’re a bit unsure, we’ll also have:

  • Quiet Hour (10-11am) 🌿 – limited capacity and no loud music for a calmer way to experience the Fair.
  • Welcome Fair Meet Ups 🤝 – if you’d rather not arrive alone, join a group of students and explore the Fair together.

Starting at King’s is a big deal. Welcome Fair is your first chance to meet KCLSU – the Students’ Union that’s here for you, independent of the University, throughout your student journey.
