The biggest party of Freshers is back! Get your Groove on on Tuesday 22nd September to celebrate the start of the year with a bang. We've got all the classics plus some new ones into a jam-packed set of all your favourite rock, pop & soul music: we're talking everything all the way from Stevie Wonder to Justin Bieber, RAYE to Bruno, and of course some ABBA to really get you moving.

Once our 7-piece band have taken the roof off, a DJ will take the party right through to the early hours, keeping the energy high as we bring in the new academic year with an absolute belter of a night!

To ensure smooth entry, please bring the following with you to the event:

• 🎓 Student ID
  (If you haven’t received it yet, a confirmation email from KCL will be accepted.)
• 🛂 Government-Issued ID
  (Passport, driving licence, or national ID — physical copies only, no photos or scans.)
• 🎟️ Ticket Reference Number or Barcode
  (Shown on your email confirmation. Please have it ready to present at the door.)
• 👥 Not a KCL student?
  No problem! Just make sure you’re attending with a KCL student on the night. You’ll still need a valid government ID and your ticket reference number.

• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• ID Policy: You will be asked to show proof of a physical government-issued ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID). Photos or digital copies will not be accepted. 
• Entry Times: Please arrive on time. If you arrive later than your ticket last entry time, we will not let you in, 
• You must be 18+ to attend this event
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• No re-entry allowed!

🎥 Photography & Media Consent
Photography and videography may be taken during the event. By attending, you consent to your image being captured and used by KCLSU for promotional and charitable purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform a member of the media team on the night.

Using our Licensed Trade Barring Policy, KCLSU reserves the right to remove or bar any individual behaving inappropriately.
