Ever wondered what it takes to make the perfect coffee? ☕✨

Join us for a hands-on Barista Training session and learn the basics of making great coffee! Whether you’re a complete beginner or already love your coffee, this is a chance to learn new skills, get practical experience and have fun along the way.

You’ll get to explore the essentials of coffee making, learn about different drinks and practice your barista skills in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

• ⏰ Time: 6–8PM

🎟️ Tickets: 

• Standard: £10
• Please show your ticket reference number or barcode at your arrival.
• Non King's Students are welcome to attend. They must buy a ticket using a Guest Account.

Session times:
🕕 6–7PM (Last entry 6PM - arrive by 5:45pm)
🕖 7–8PM (Last entry 7PM - arrive by 6:45pm)

To ensure smooth entry, please bring the following with you to the event:
•    🎓 Student ID
(If you haven’t received it yet, a confirmation email from KCL will be accepted.)
•    Ticket Reference Number (Shown on your email confirmation or barcode. Please have it ready to present at the door.)
•    👥 Not a King's student?
No problem! Just make sure you’re attending with a King's student on the night. You’ll still need your ticket reference number

Terms and Conditions 

🎟️ Tickets
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• ID Policy: You will be asked to show proof of a physical government-issued ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID). Photos or digital copies will not be accepted. 
• Entry Times: Please arrive on time. If you arrive later than your ticket last entry time, we will not let you in.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• No re-entry allowed!

🎥 Photography & Media Consent
Photography and videography may be taken during the event. If you attend, you could be photographed or filmed and used by KCLSU for promotional and charitable purposes.
If you prefer not to be included, please speak to a member of the media team on the night.

🛡️ Code of Conduct & Safety
KCLSU is committed to maintaining safe, inclusive, and respectful spaces. We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards any abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour.
Using our Licensed Trade Barring Policy, KCLSU reserves the right to remove or bar any individual behaving inappropriately.
If you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour, please speak to a member of staff, security, or welfare team immediately.
