Overview

Bloodwise need your help!

If you haven't got the time right now to volunteer on a weekly basis, you could give as little as one hour to help out an organisation who rely on volunteers to do their amazing work.  It's just up the road from Bush House, and you can choose a time in between lectures to drop in and give them a hand.

Bloodwise are here for everyone affected by blood cancer: whether it’s leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma or another blood disorder. Whether you’re a patient, family, friend or carer; whether you’re worried about symptoms, in the middle of treatment or adjusting to life afterwards.

They will be sending out a large mailing this month, and need help with preparing their letters, handwriting envelopes and other small tasks to get ready for this.  It may not be the most glamorous volunteering activity, but it's your chance to do a good deed for the day, and help out those that really need it! Sign up to help them out.
