WHAT DOES MATHSOC DO?

At MathSoc we task ourselves with hosting events and creating a welcoming community for all students with an interest in Mathematics. This ranges from hosting socials, inviting guest speakers tor industry and academic insight, and hosting workshops to foster our member's passion.

SO, IS IT JUST FOR MATHS STUDENTS?

Absolutely not! Albeit we do plan to host revision sessions for Mathematics students, and have close contact with the Department of Mathematics, we do not want to make this a barrier for those with a genuine interest in Mathematics, and we welcome those from all courses to join us!
