King’s Musical Theatre Society is an opportunity for anyone who loves musical theatre to get on stage or participate behind the scenes.
Welcome to KMT Soc! After an amazing year of productions in ’25/’26, including our Mainstages Carrie and Grease! and our midterm Thirteen, we are SO excited to bring more performance opportunities in '26/27, as well as new workshops, activities, and socials!
This year, we are thrilled to announce that our Mainstages will be Disney classic, The Little Mermaid, from 25th to 27th of November & the fabulous, Legally Blonde, from 28th to 30th of April.
To provide as many opportunities as possible, we also offer smaller productions and showcases, including the Freshers Showcase, Miscast, our Midterm shows (to be pitched and voted on by our members), and our Leavers Showcase, among many others, throughout the year. Auditions are open to everyone, and we encourage anyone with a love for theatre to get involved!
Throughout the year, there will also be plenty of opportunities for those who would prefer to be behind the scenes in direction, production, choreography, or musical direction. As a vibrant and lively society, we can’t wait to welcome you! It was so wonderful to see the KMT community come together last year with such incredible productions, and we know that it's only going to get better from here. We’re so excited to welcome back some familiar faces and absolutely thrilled to be introducing some wonderful new members to KMT. We hope you're all as excited as we are!
