1. Inclusivity and Acceptance: At KCL LGBTQ+ Society, we pride ourselves on creating a safe and judgment-free environment where everyone can be their authentic selves. We respect and embrace the diversity within our community, ensuring that every member feels valued and heard.
2. Intersectionality: We understand that many our members will also possess other marginalized identities and in order to amplify their voices we various demographic representative roles. Our Reps include Women+, Bisexual+, Trans*, Black, People of Colour, Interfaith, Asexual/Aromantic+, Postgraduate, and Disability. These officers will be throwing regular self-identifying events throughout the year! 
3. Educational and Awareness Initiatives: We believe that knowledge is power, which is why we organize various events, workshops, and discussions that aim to educate and raise awareness about LGBTQ+ issues. Our members actively engage in thought-provoking conversations to foster understanding and empathy.
4. Social Events: Life at university isn't all about academics! We host a wide range of social events throughout the year, from movie nights and game evenings to fabulous drag shows and unforgettable pride celebrations. These events are fantastic opportunities to make new friends and create lasting memories.
5. Advocacy and Support: KCL LGBTQ+ Society is committed to advocating for the rights and well-being of LGBTQ+ individuals, both on and off campus. We provide support for members facing challenges related to their sexual orientation or gender identity and work to make our campus a more inclusive place for all.

To ensure we can continue hosting better and more regular events that benefit all our members, we kindly request a nominal membership fee of 3 GBP. This contribution enables us to secure venues, equipment, and resources necessary to create a vibrant and engaging LGBTQ+ community at King's College London. Your support through this fee plays a vital role in making our society a dynamic and inclusive space for everyone, and we deeply appreciate your commitment to helping us grow and thrive.
