Welcome to King’s Poker Society — the home for poker lovers of all skill levels at King’s College London. Whether you’re a seasoned card shark or have never shuffled a deck before, our society offers a friendly, inclusive space to learn, play, and connect.
We host free tournaments with prizes throughout the year, giving everyone a chance to experience the thrill of competition without the buy-in. We also know about plenty of student-friendly home games, perfect for a chilled night of cards. Beyond King’s, we collaborate with other London universities to host inter-uni games, so you can meet new players and test your skills across the city.
Our weekly socials range from casual meet-ups to themed poker nights, ensuring there’s always something fun on the calendar. We also run strategy workshops to help you sharpen your game, learn the art of the bluff, and enjoy poker as both a mental challenge and a social pastime.
Standard membership is for KCL students.
Associate membership is for non-KCL students.
