Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a dynamic martial art and combat sport that focuses on ground-based grappling and submissions. Unlike many other martial arts, BJJ embraces positions such as fighting from the back, usually seen as vulnerable, as strategic and effective. The foundation of BJJ is that technique and positioning can overcome strength, making it accessible and powerful for people of all sizes and fitness levels. Whether you're training for sport, self-defence, or just for fun, BJJ empowers you to control, defend against, and submit opponents in realistic self-defence scenarios (though we recommend saving the armbars for the mats, not your friends!).
We are affiliated with one of the best BJJ gyms in Europe, London Grapple, so we can assure you will receive the highest quality of coaching at an affordable price (see below), and by being a KCLBJJ member, you are eligible to receive exclusive offers from London Grapple.
