Welcome! At King's Jitsu, we practice practical self-defence in the form of Japanese Jiu-Jitsu. We exploit our opponents' strength and balance against them. Thus, your size and strength do not matter as much as in other martial arts.
We are part of the international Jiu-Jitsu Foundation (TJJF) community, a group of over hundred clubs in the UK. We compete at national competitions twice a year. We join regional events that will allow you to train with all of London's clubs.
Gradings take place every three months. Grow, grade, get new belts.
Taster Sessions:
Please let us know here if you would like to join us. We can't wait to see you on the mat!
Regular training times and place: TBC
We usually train twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays evenings in 2h sessions. Follow our Instagram for updates!
We cater to all skill levels. Whether you're a novice looking for something new, already practising a martial art or are a seasoned veteran, do join us! Jiu-Jitsu is a great way to learn some practical self-defence, keep fit in the process and make friends.
Both students and non-students are welcome to join us.
Of course, there will be socials to get to know your club mates off the mat, too!
Any questions? Send us an email at jitsukings@gmail.com, send us a message on Instagram or find us at the Welcome Fair.
Much love,
Your King’s Jitsu family
