Welcome to KCLFC, the largest competitive sports society at King’s.
We have 7 full teams competing in two leagues every week, representing KCL against other UK universities. We have recently introduced a recreational side that is open to players of all skill levels, giving everyone the chance to enjoy football at King’s.
We welcome players of all abilities: our incredible 1s team competes at a high level every week, while our 7th team play out legendary end-to-end matches and bring the social spirit of the club to life.
KCLFC compete in the London Varsity Series, representing the university every year in an end of season clash against our rivals at University College London. We host weekly socials on Wednesday with other sports societies at King’s and at other London Universities, at classic venues such as The Vault, Dover Castle, and Setlist Somerset House. No two sports nights are the same, and KCLFC famously boasts the best social life at the university.
Last year we had success across the board, our 1s brought home a league title and our 6s, against all odds made it to the LUSL Plate Final.
