Our KCL Men's Volleyball Club plays competitively in the BUCS Division 1 South East, BUCS National Trophy, Student Cup and London Varsity Series along with recreational sessions for beginner volleyball players to come and have fun and improve their skills! We have a professional volleyball coach who is ready to help you up your game and bring our team to victory.
In the 25/26 season we placed 2nd in BUCS Division 1 South East and qualified for student cup finals.

You can sign up for bi-weekly recreational volleyball sessions every Tuesday and Thursday.

Standard Membership (King's students only)
- Members are eligible for Wednesday BUCS matches, with the club covering your coaching and travel costs (If they are outside of London).
- Members get free weekly coaching by a recognised professional once a week, on Sundays.

If you’re interested in playing beach volleyball, over 50 different universities will be going to Portugal for 5 days of beach volleyball and partying during Easter break in april. What is King's BeActive?
BeActive is the social sport and physical activity programme available to all students and staff at King's.
Brought to you by King's Sport the programme allows all students and staff to enjoy weekly social sport and fitness during term-time, regardless of experience or how sporty you think you are.
How do I join the team?
Come to our tryouts. If you miss it, message us on instagram, and we can organise for you to join a training session if we deem you have enough experience.
What is the weekly volleyball schedule?
Currently we run a training session every Sunday afternoon and we have BUCS games every week or two on Wednesday evenings. Some times our away games can be up to 2 hours away, the transport costs for these games are entirely covered by KCLSU, you will not have to pay for transport yourself to games outside of london.
What other costs are there on top of the membership?
The only ulterior costs on top of the membership will be transport to and from training and matches (the ones within London). Your own volleyball equipment, such as shoes, shorts and any other apparel. Balls and team kits are provided by the club. Team kits are not yours to keep, if you want your own jersey with your last name on it, this will be an add-on.
