The Union Shop is looking for a Retail Assistant to provide a friendly and efficient service. The post holder will support the retail manager and will act as the first point of contact at the Union Shop. Responsibilities include dealing with sales enquiries and delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in customer service
- Have experience in strict stock and financial control and practice.
- Be able to work closely within a team, as well as being able to work without close supervision.
