- Maintain high standards of hygiene and health and safety compliance
- Maintain strict stock and financial control and practice.
- Ensure high standards and efficiency of work

Jobs Description for The Hut:
- Serving customers in a fast, efficient and friendly manner
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages
- Performing food preparation duties such slicing
- Wrapping, date-labelling, and storing food items
- Weighing and measuring ingredients
- Processing payments and handling complaints
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of work stations and food storage facilities
- Following guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control
- Providing customers with information regarding food ingredients, availability and pricing
- Escalating customer concerns and complaints to management
Requirement:
- Proficient understanding of food allergies and modified diets
- Level 2 in Food Safety
- Training provided
