Calling All Incoming Sports Leaders!

Come and join us for a fun training day at our partner venue, Chiswick Rugby Club, as we take you through your journey for the upcoming 2026/27 season. This carefully curated training is for incoming committee members of our KCLSU sports clubs.

This training is mandatory, and we would like at least one incoming committee member from each sports club to attend. You can invite up to three members per club to come and join us for the day, as the sessions will apply to Presidents, Treasurers, Captains and all other committee roles. As this day will include outdoor activities on the AstroTurf, please come dressed for outdoor activities. Just as importantly, there will be a free lunch (did somebody say BBQ in the sun).

Some of the items covered in the training will include:

• Setting your club/team culture
• Hear best practices from outgoing leaders
• How to raise and manage funds
• How to plan for your BUCS and Non-BUCS competitions
• Opportunities from Kings Sport, including the Performance Program and BeActive
• A coaching 101 on the AstroTurf
• A Guest Speaker: TBC
