Belinda Brinckmann brings a broad based Human Resources background to the Board, with specialist expertise in Talent Management and Development. She currently serves as Chair of the HR Committee.

Belinda is Global Talent Management Director at a professional services organisation. Prior to this, she held senior HR and talent roles at PwC and Deloitte across South Africa and the UK, including serving as Chief Talent Officer for Deloitte Consulting Africa.

She offers deep experience across the full HR value chain, with particular strengths in strategic talent management, organisational change, transformation, and senior-level business partnering.
